Message: I don't understand the negative reviews. This is one of my favorite stops. The morning worker is always so nice and friendly and efficient. For example, yesterday there was a bit of a line. He got through the line quickly all while keeping his cool and with a smile on his face. Maybe those who are quick to post a bad review should work a retail job for a day. Or learn some patience. Rant over. One of my favorite locations.

Message: Clean store customer service is always friendly always nice always helpful I wouldn't want to go to any of the 7-Eleven the one on Lynnfield Street is horrible customer service horrible one day I went in there for a cup of coffee poured my coffee and they had no cream left I asked the guy at the front desk if I could open up a little thing of cream and leave it by the coffee this was in the morning by the way he said no absolutely not customer services non existant.
